During periods of ongoing traumatic events, as nonprofit staff we need an intentional, structured and consistent approach to both take care of ourselves and support our communities.

The 2016 New York Community Trust Nonprofit Excellence Awards Presentation and Best Practices Workshop was held Friday, December 2nd at the New York Academy of Medicine.  The event is one of the largest nonprofit regional gatherings and this year was no different.
